Today, I have continued with my quest to clear out the old, swimming first thing, it is sort of out with the old! Old me, trying to shed a few pounds and get a bit fitter, 60 lengths is a respectable stint in the pool when you haven’t been for maybe six or even more weeks! I think a session is needed at the end of the week.
Home, quick coffee and then I attacked my wardrobe! Quite shocking, the age of some of my clothes, the college sweatshirt that will be 20 years old this year, the dress I wore to the ball in my final year at uni! Some have gone back into the wardrobe, I am quite sentimental really, a lot more was bagged up ready to take to the Stock Exchange tomorrow to be sold, some to the charity shop, pretty good. Now have nothing to wear!
Afterwards, I decided I really need to start going through all the images that are currently on my computer, last count over 23,000, a lot have been copied to a portable hard drive, others to dvd, others to online storage but others nothing has been done to them. Not even looked at properly, sad, I know, but sometimes I think photographers can sometimes run out of time to edit their holiday photographs, or the ones of the children running in the park. So my plan is to create a few photo books of our holidays, time spent together so that we can relive those adventures together as a family. Included in this are few from a walk I went on with my children before Christmas, which I think deserve to seen by others and not just by me. Enjoy.
